We are looking to expand our growing team of editorial staff and content writers to help us add fresh content to our network of sites and to help optimise and expand on existing content.

The role will suit anyone with a passion for US sports betting as it will cover the legalities of the US sports betting market, specifics on different states and the rules and regulations within them, plus information on the dynamic and ever-changing casino markets.

The role requires evening and weekend work, as it is a position within our news team and may often require some quick changes based on breaking news. 

However, all hours are flexible and can be discussed within a monthly or even weekly staff rota.

We're looking for a candidate who is looking to gain experience and become an established sports writer and we can promise both a platform and guidance in order to achieve that goal. Working closely with the Head of Betting Publishing, the ideal candidate will be required to produce clear, crisp and consistent copy focusing on the US sports betting market.

Requirements:

• Experience in the same or similar role, knowledge of sports betting, casino games and poker rules is advantageous although not essential
• Proficiency in Wordpress CMS
• Understanding of basic SEO concepts, ideally direct experience with Google Analytics or with Ahrefs/SEMrush seo tools
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English
• Excellent teamwork skills
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
