Due to our rapid growth within the Blockchain sector, Finixio is now looking for a creative and talented Marketing Manager to join the team. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all PR, Digital and Social channels with a focus on creating, managing and optimising our campaigns to drive awareness and bring leads to our Crypto projects - as well as reporting, analysis, customer acquisition, new channel opportunities, revenue growth and return on investment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a marketing strategy to drive growth.
• Work with cross-functional team (together with Product and Design team) to establish marketing strategies to support aggressive growth targets.
• Develop, maintain and execute marketing campaigns for consumer-facing NFTs, cryptocurrency and more.
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the user base and awareness.
• Own performance of KPIs across marketing channels and key customer segments.
• Communicate learnings, best practices, and results to internal stakeholders/executives
• Develop and help create/foster our brand positioning, voice, and values (website, newsletter, blog, social, forum, etc.)
• Stay on top of technology trends and announcements within the Crypto space

Requirements: 

• 4 + years of experience within a similar role.
• A deep understanding and passion for Cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs.
• Strong performance in building go-to-market strategies and understanding how to push product in the current market trend.
• Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
• A highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
• Experience with community growth.
• Ability to plan and execute multiple projects at once.
• Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
• Strong management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English
