NFTs are the hottest trend in the web3 space right now and NFT Signals (a brand backed by Fixino) is looking for a creative and inspiring NFT Community Specialist to join the team in this exciting time of growth. The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive, organised, adaptive, and reliable, a master of NFT Twitter, Discord, Telegram and Reddit (but not limited to) with outstanding communication skills, a knack for developing personal relationships, engaging with audiences and proven experience building communities.

What you will be getting up to on a daily basis (but not limited to);

• Always remain deeply familiar with how NFT Signals works and the latest developments.
• Compile regular digests of NFT Signals updates and communicate these to our community via our blog, mailing list, and social media channels.
• Continuously monitor our social media channels, and engage meaningfully with both our community and the wider crypto community as a representative of Finixio and NFT Signals.
• Maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on Discord and other community channels.
• Act as a bridge to relay back critical feedback and pain points back to the team.
• Actively seek out and organise potential marketing opportunities, including collaborations, features in media outlets, speaking opportunities, or advertising opportunities, and maintain these relationships.
• Create and maintain educational guides and resources
• Define the community roadmap, including realistic yet ambitious KPIs
• Plan, execute, and iterate upon community engagement/growth campaigns with an experimental and analytical approach.

What you’ll need to have:

• A problem solver who is creative and able to think from first principles when required.
• An individual who can operate in a fast-growing business, comfortable with ambiguity and able to strike a balance between speed and accuracy.
• A portfolio of provable work and/or writing sample.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Trading, NFTs, Web3 and cultural trends.
• Able to step into different voices of brands/products.
• Proficient in the English language and grammar.
• Proactive with excellent work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.
• Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.
• Positive attitude and team player is a must.
