Product Lead - Platforms

We're looking for a Product Lead, to join our business, with strong experience and knowledge in our markets (Crypto, Finance, Trading, Investing, iGaming). As our new Product Lead, you will be handling the Finixio platform side and reporting directly to Chief Product Officer. 

This is a key role for our business. We have an established (but growing) Tech, Product and Design team already, and we feel adding an expert, helps us deliver our vision of really stepping up our websites and taking them to the next level. 

As our Product Lead with Finixio you'll: 

• Collaborate with other product lines to build a shared vision
  across the company - build consensus on priorities leading to platform product execution 
• Create and own platform product goals. Inspire a sense of shared purpose within the team 
• Relentlessly push to understand commercial product needs and ensure the consumer is considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions 
• Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making 
• Create platform strategy documents that describe the business cases, high-level use cases and technical requirements 
• Lead a team through a rigorous process of test and learn with focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP) 
• Drive engineering team by building a healthy prioritized backlog of well-groomed epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria. 
• Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle 
• Test and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine Page 1 them to achieve product-market fit 
• Advocate/defend ideas and positions based on facts, expertise, and best practices

Requirements: 

• Proven relevant experience within the following (Affiliate/Operator) niches: Crypto, Finance, Cyber Security, iGaming, Online casino 
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager
• Experience running within a platform product environment 
• Experience with centralised tech solutions 
• Bachelor of Science in engineering or business-related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful platform product throughout its lifecycle 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many priorities under tight timeframes 
• Exceptional soft skills; analytical, communication, organization and priority/time management. 
• Ability to influence others in a matrix reporting relationship. 
• Strategic and collaborative thinking.
• Experience leading agile delivery teams and working with Agile Delivery Tools (Jira, Confluence)
